Important Limitations to Our Services
1. Sourcing Agent Role
Veoracommerce acts as an intermediary between buyers and Chinese manufacturers. We are not:
- The manufacturer or seller of products
- Responsible for manufacturing defects or quality issues
- Liable for supplier bankruptcy or non-performance
- Customs brokers or import license providers
2. Market Risks
International sourcing involves inherent risks including:
- Quality Variations: Factory production may differ from approved samples
- Lead Time Fluctuations: Production and shipping delays are common
- Price Changes: Raw material costs and exchange rates affect final pricing
- Regulatory Changes: Trade policies and tariffs may change unexpectedly
3. Supplier Verification
While we conduct due diligence on Chinese suppliers:
- We cannot guarantee supplier financial stability
- Factory audits provide snapshot assessments only
- Supplier capabilities may change over time
- Client should conduct independent verification for high-value projects
4. Legal Compliance
- Clients are responsible for complying with import regulations in their country
- Product safety standards and certifications are client’s responsibility
- Intellectual property protection in China requires separate legal registration
- We do not provide legal advice on international trade matters
5. Success Limitations
Past successful sourcing does not guarantee future results. Market conditions, supplier capacity, and trade regulations constantly evolve.
6. Investment Risk
Sourcing from China requires capital investment with risk of loss. We recommend starting with small orders before scaling production.
